Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hireful SRL, Romania ("we", "us"), which provides Kinfold through the Android app and kinfold.org (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kinfold.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Kinfold. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password secret, and tell us at support@kinfold.org if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lists, items, todos, budgets and other content you add ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you – for example, to sync it across your devices and show it to the people you share it with.

When you add content to a shared list or group, its members can see, change and keep it, including after you leave or delete your account, as described on our account deletion page. Only share content with people you trust.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kinfold to:

• break the law or infringe other people's rights;
• harass, threaten or spam other people, including through share links;
• store or share illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or probe, overload or disrupt the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Availability and changes

Kinfold is in early access. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but features may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. Some features shown on our website, such as paid plans, are not available yet. If we introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown to you before you buy, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kinfold and delete your account at any time in the app or as described on our account deletion page. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. If we decide to shut down the Service, we will give you reasonable notice so you can save your content.

Liability

We provide Kinfold with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by content other users add to shared lists. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Kinfold after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
